摘要
Some copper and cobalt ore sampled from Congo-Kinshasa are analyzed with a high energy–resolution portable X-ray Fluorescence (XRF) analyzer based on Si-PIN detector mad embedded computer. Processing and analyzing work are done with the data collected from the experiment. The calibration curves for target elements are built separately according to the value of elemental content. Meanwhile, the corresponding matrix effect correcting models are carried out. These computation methods are finally realized in the XRF application software in the XRF analyzer. According to the count rate of characteristic X-ray for every dependency element in the measured spectrum, the spectrometer can select the right calibration curves and the correcting models in field. Thus, the value of content for elements Cu mad Co can be reported just after data acquisition work. The result of fast analysis has higher accuracy compared to that of chemical analysis.
