The Na’a W deposit lies in the margin of the Gangdisê-Nyainqêntanglha plate to the west of the Nujiang suture zone. The deposit as a skarn-type scheelite one is confined to the skarn and skarnizated marble in the exocontact between an adamellite mass and marble. Skarnization, silicification and carbonation were developed in the wall rock. This paper deals with geological features, prospecting potential and ore criteria for this deposit.
