In this paper, geological and mineralization characteristics and metallogenetic model of Jinchuan Cu-Ni (PGE) magmatic sulfide deposit are systematic studied and summarized, and the research results show that syn-magmatic controls and later structural controls are two key factors to control ore-forming and position of mineralization. Later stage structural deformation on the distribution of mineralization is prominently considered to have affected the geometry of the intrusion and related mineralization in deep orebodies, near-mine and district scales. It has important implications for near-mine exploration and regional prospecting in Jinchuan area. Based on the study and new research conclusion, two significant conceptual targets have been identified: Jinchuan Eastern Extension (oft-com:office:smarttags" />
