摘要

This paper studied the leaching of cobalt and nickel from tail-serpentine by Aspergillus niger. The changes of pH value and Mg, Co, Ni et al. in the culture liquid of Aspergillus niger cultured with tail-serpentine after 5 d was analyzed. The results showed that after the bacteria added, pH value decreased from 7.60 to 4.20 significantly. It was suggested that cell-minerals complexes were formed on mineral surface by SEM. The concentration of magnesium in the culture liquid was 2.25 times of that before solution, cobalt reached 3.39 times, and nickel reached 2.38 times.
