Based on the AHP method,combined with GIS technology that can extract 11 indicators from surface morphology,internal conditions and predisposing factors evaluate the risk of the Jinpingzi landslide.According to the typical geological disaster risk assessment model,the risk assessment for the Jinpingzi landslide hazard was carried out.The result showed that the risk coefficient of the Jinpingzi landslide is 3.87 and the risk grade is 3, which means a high risk.Meanwhile, GIS spatial analysis technology and the weight factor assignment through the AHP method will be combined to have a superposition calculation in order to obtain the risk division graph of the Jinpingzi landslide.
