The reasonable planning of mining strength based on anti-disturbance capacity of geological environment is a precondition to ensure harmonic development of resources exploitation and environmental protection. The anti-disturbance capacity of geological environment depends on tectonic setting elements which include structural medium, shape, fractures and tectonic stress, and is affected by groundwater.
