Based on the analysis of the geological properties of the ore deposit, the authors discussed the ore-forming material sources, ore control factors and the genesis of the deposit in combination with the previous study. The ore-forming fluid was composed of ore-bearing hydrothermal fluid from deep source, organic fluid from C-P carbonate rock and meteoric water. The organic fluid played an important role in the precipitation and enrichment of ore forming elements. The ore body was controlled by longitudinal fault (F2), unconformity surface over and under the structural layers and C-P carbonate rock. It was concluded that in the deep part of the deposit, there was prospecting potential along the extension of longitudinal fault (F2).
