lass=MsoNormal style="MARGIN: 0cm 0cm 0pt">lang=EN-US>The genetic types of granite rocks of various geological periods in the Qimantage region were discriminated by the contents of K and Na. le="mso-spacerun: yes"> The middle to late Caledonian and middle to late Indosinian are two phases of extensive granitic intrusions, and also massive mineralization in the region. le="mso-spacerun: yes"> The granitoid rocks occur mainly along NE and NW structural magmatic belts, moreover since Caledonian, the two belts differ in distribution, genetic type, and scale. le="mso-spacerun: yes"> The alkali metasomatism and mineralization of the two tectonic belts differ at the same period, such as in middle and late Caledonian in the NE structural belt, strong potassic metasomatism led to the formation of the Baigan Lake large-scale tungsten-tin ore deposit, while the sodium metasomatism in the NW-trending structure belt led to the cobalt mineralization as represented by the Tuolugou cobalt ore deposit.
