///In this paper, the author analyzes the disaster of coal refuse and the possibility of multipurpose use. In order to avoid or reduce the disasters of coal refuse, the author puts forward the prevention and cure countermeasure of revegetation, which is considered as economical, effective and permanent prevention and cure method.
