In order to study the influence of the soil-structure interaction on numerical simulation of seismic response analysis of a high-rise building structure, the paper selects a high-rise building (structure monitoring network) with obtained seismic observation data as research object. The finite element software Abaqus and the obtained seismic observation data of Yaoan earthquake in 2009 are used to employ for the elastic time-history analysis of the both soil condition model of the structure (horizontal layering and inclined layering) . Furthermore, the calculated structural responses and the acceleration response spectrums are compared with the recorded data. The comparison between the time-history analysis results and the recorded dataafter Yaoan Earthquake shows that the calculation results of the inclined layering model is bigger than the recorded data in the both direction. Since inclined layering model has a obvious significance on the dynamic performance of the structure, we should select a model like real soil as far as possible if not it will bring big errors when a high-rise building is studied under ground motions.
