摘要
Thick-bedded fault block reservoirs of Shengli Oilfield indicate great monolayer thickness and large reserves, but they have entered the stage of high water cut and high recovery degree which caused the shut down of many vertical wells.Remaining oil enriches along the faults and has limited oil band at the late stage of development, therefore the plane positions of fault edge need to be accurately described in order to tap the potential of the faults in structural high parts where hydrocarbon is rich.Taking Yong3-1 fault block as an example in this paper, multiple meticulous depiction methodologies are applied to describe the plane shapes of fault edge in target bed.Proper stratigraphic correlation methods are used to determine the breakpoint position along a well.Fine structure interpretation methods are used to identify and describe the fault shapes and plane combinations.Log-seismic combined well deviation correction methods are used to ensure the accuracy of the location of breakpoints and formation layers.Well-seismic-modeling combined technology is used to depict the shapes and positions of fault edges. They are implemented in oilfield and the result shows that the fault edges in the study area are accurately depicted and development effect is improved for 5 near-fault horizontal wells.
