On Petrological Characteristics and Genesis of Lantian Jade in Zhancheng Region of Xuzhou in Jiangsu Province

摘要
The authors described the properties of Lantian jade first discovered in Zhancheng region in Xuzhou and made contrast with Lantian jade discovered in Shaanxi Province. The discovery of Lantian jade in Jiangsu filled the gap of minerals type in Jiangsu. Through analyses of the spatial distribution, petrological characteristics and genesis of Lantian jade, the authors pointed a fine prospect of Lantian jade exploration in the region.
