This paper describes several tens of 3-D-preserved phosphatized tube and column-like fossils which are found from the Kuanchuanpu Boita of the early Cambrian in Ningqiang County, South Shaanxi Province. Some rare characteristics about “budding reproduction” and “breaking reproduction” for asexual reproduction are found firstly in these tube and column-like fossils. Some characteristics of “shrink zone”, “shrink veins” and “newborn segment” are recognized clearly, so the developmental stages of the “breaking reproduction” are built.
