Construction and Implementation of Open-Source Geological Remote Sensing Image Database

To construct a geological remote sensing image database system for the huge image data based on open source software platform for images, attribute data storage achievement and management provides a more economical and flexible way. Based on Open GIS standard and the open source GeoServer map server, a secondary development is carried out on World Wind java SDK client to integrate mainstream business, to fuse multi-resources geographic information,and to visualize the Earths surface landscapes and geo-scientific processes. The results show that the 3D visualization SDBMS expects stable and powerful data management power, easy-to-use 3D viewer, and friendly interactive interface. The results also show that the method used is a practical method for the remote sensing images data management.
