///Xinglong-Jizuoshan area in western Huma county,Heilongjiang province is an important gold mineralization accumulated area in Walali-Xinglong gold ore belt.The geological characteristics of major assembled anomaly area of stream sediment measurement in the area is comparable with that of epithermal gold deposit and in line with that of ore accumulation area from the view of lithological condition, structure environment and mineralization and alteration. Three promising areas were recognized in the anomaly area based on analogizing result and a few testing projects were carried out in part of the promising areas, resulting in the discovery of alteration-mineralization zone with increased gold content and gold mineralization bodies seen in part, which shows that there is a strong potential for epithermal gold deposit prospecting in the area.
