Xiaoping-Tianshan Au-Ag-Pb-Zn deposit of Guigang is formed in the outer contact zone of the acid neutral ore body in the late Yanshanian period in Daping-Tianshan and Longtoushan Mountain, and occurs in marine clastic rocks of Cambrian Huangdongkou Formation and Devonian Lianhuashan Formation. The ore body is in stratified, stratoid, veined and lenticular structure. The analysis shows that the formation of the ore deposit and the spatial distribution are controlled by the factors such as structure and layering.
