摘要
The Liyuan granites situate in the southeastern part of Lechang-Lianping W-Sn-Pb-Zn metallogenetic belt in northern Guangxi, on the border between Guangxi and Guangdong. The granites consist mainly of medium grained porphyritic biotite monzonitic granite, with minor fine grained biotite (monzonitic) granite. SHRIMP U-Pb zircon dating of the medium grained granite, yielded an age of (227.2±4.4)Ma(MSWD=3.4), indicating that the early stage granite was formed in Late Indosinian. Considering the geochemical characteristics and regional granite intrusions and W-bearing veins, it can be deduced that the late stage fine grained granite was probably formed in early Yanshanian.
