The deep and shallow tectonic data in Shenyang and the relationship with the seismic activities show that the developed northeast faults have controlled the formation and the development of the fault-uplift and fault-concave. The uplift and concave of the bedrock below 7 km underground were consistent with the surface structure and two deep faults developed in the lower crust. Because of the deep incision and new activities, the surface Wanggangbao-Xinchengzi fault and Yongle-Qingshuitai fault, which correspond to the deep F3 fault and F6 fault, might be related with seismic activities in Shenyang.
