摘要
CLФ500cyclic Vibrating and Pulsating High Gradient Magnetic Separator has been developed to meet the needs of iron removal from kaolin。 Reliable vibrating and pulsating arrangements were adopted in the equipment and the combined action of the composed-forces field was applied， which can apparently enhance the iron removal from kaolin and exclude the choke of matrix。 Industrial tests have demonstrated that the equipment is an ideal iron removing facility， and can be extended to use in kaolin industry and the purification separation of non-ferrous and rare-earth metals。
