摘要
This paper presents a new ind of CVD diamond graver for stone machining. Taking granite asmachining object, we studied infuence of cutting seed, feed rate and depth of cut on too ife by means ofvariace anaysis and regression anaysis. T e resut indicated that cutting speed had a more remarkabe effecton too ife;feed rate ranked the second;depth of cut had no signiicant infuence on too ife. Scanningeectron microscope ( SEM) was used to observe wear morphoogies of gravers. t was found that abrasive wear a the main ear mechaim.
