The Appendix. The appendix permits consideration of subject matter which does not find a proper place in the body of the text. It includes discussion and illustration of map projection, topographic mapping, land survey, solar relations, weather maps and weather prediction, climatic and soil classifications, and a few other subjects, together with certain useful tables.
