分离自安徽南部竹黄相关真菌的分子鉴定及多样性分析

摘要
为鉴定竹黄相关真菌,该试验从安徽南部竹林采集的竹黄菌子实体上分离纯化出50株真菌,对形态上有显著差异的代表性菌株进行18S rDNA/ITS rDNA序列测定,系统学分析表明,这些真菌中48株属于子囊菌门成员,2株为接合菌门成员。在子囊菌中又以肉座菌目和梨孢假壳科成员为优势菌群,其次为隔孢腔菌目、假毛球壳目和炭角菌目。
        In order to analyze the fungi associated with ascomata of Shiraia bambusicola collected in southern Anhui Province of eastern China,fungal strains were isolated from ascomata of S. bambusicola. Fifty strains with significant morphological differences were characterized by 18S rDNA and ITS rDNA sequence analyses. Phylogenetic analyses show that two strains belong to the Zygomycota,and the other 48 fungal isolates belong to the Ascomycota,in which the members of the Hypocreales and Apiosporaceae are dominant groups,secondly including the Pleosporales,Trichosphaeriales and Xylariales.
