雾化钻井技术的研究及其在四川龙岗地区的应用

摘要
针对川渝地区富含大量浅层水、干气体钻井适应性较差、钻井液钻进井漏等难点,分析了雾化钻井介质的携水机理,确定了其在不同井深、不同井眼尺寸下的极限携水能力;对不同条件下雾化钻井参数进行了优化设计,确定出了满足不同条件的雾化基液配方;并在四川龙岗地区大尺寸井眼(φ444.5 mm)开展了5口井的现场应用。实践表明,雾化钻井技术能有效地治理漏失、地层出水,携岩效果好,机械钻速是同井段钻井液的2.38倍,平均周期缩短6 d。该技术的成功应用为气体钻井处理含水层提供了一条有效途径。
        In Sichuan and Chongqing areas,a large number of shallow formation water results in poor adaptability for air drilling and lost circulation for mud drilling.According to the difficulties,the mist drilling was introduced and the water-carrying mechanism was analyzed.The water-carrying ability of mist drilling was calculated in different well depth and different hole size,the drilling parameters were optimized,and the different base mist formulas were tested to meet various conditions.Five wells were tested with the technology in the 444.5 mm bore hole of Long-gang area.The application showed that the mist drilling technology could effectively control the lost circulation and production of formation water,and carry the cuttings well.ROP of the mist drilling is 2.38 times that of the drilling fluids,and the average drilling period shortened 6 days.The successful application of mist drilling provided an effective solution for how to deal with the aquifer.
