过度进入、要素拥挤与产业效益损失实证分析——以浙江省和山东省纺织业为例

摘要
目前,制造业产业过度进入、要素拥挤与效率损失现象明显,片面强调扩大产业集中度和规模的举措没有达到理想的经济效益。为研究投入与效益的关系到底如何,本文通过采用纺织业比较发达的浙江省和山东省1997~2007年的相关数据进行分析,构建规模指数敏感性分析模型,找出在产业规模不同时期,对产业效益影响最大的因素。然后通过检验,验证了要素投入和效益之间并非总是正相关关系,其存在地区差异。某一产业过度进入的地区,要素的进一步投入、规模的进一步扩大会造成效益的损失,因此,要将规模控制在合适的范围内,本文为学者们研究产业集群的结构调整和规模优化提供了一定的理论参考。
Nowadays,the phenomenon of over access,over-crowded factors and industrial efficiency loss is so obvious.Too much emphasis on the expansion of industrial concentration and scale did not achieve the desired benefits.In order to realize the relation between input and benefit,this paper builds sensitivity analysis model of the scale index,and does sensitivity analysis of the scale index with the data of the typical textile industrial district——Zhejiang and Shandong province from 1997 to 2007,which obtains the most influential factors of the scale index.The result of the test verifies that for the regional differences,the relation between input and output is not always positive.Because in an over-concentration industry area,further elements input and scale expansion would result in benefit loss,we should limit the scale in a proper range.This paper provides some theoretical references for the study of the restructuring and the optimal size of industry.
