滨水空间大型地下停车场安全评价——上海国际航运服务中心停车场案例分析

摘要
随着私家车保有量的增长,停车场的安全问题也备受瞩目。本文针对停车场的具体情况采取了一些评价指标用于评价停车场安全,利用模糊综合评价技术对停车场的安全问题建立模型进行评价,利用VISSIM微观仿真软件来构建地下停车场的交通流组织,确定潜在的安全冲突点。最后结合海国际航运服务中心停车库的案例,根据不同的安全等级对各层的安全冲突点加以分析评价,从而对停车场安全管理提出建议措施。
        As the growth of the private car ownership,safety problems of parking lots attract extensive concentration.In this paper,according to the specific condition of the parking lot,some security evaluation indexes of parking lots have been chosen to evaluate the safety of the parking lot.In addition,fuzzy comprehensive evaluation technique is adopted to establish the model.The microscopic simulation software,VISSIM is used to build traffic flow organization of underground car parking lots,to ensure safety of the potential conflict points.Finally,according to the different security levels and considering the case of the parking garage of international shipping service center,safety conflict points for each layer are analyzed and evaluated.Hence,suggestions and measures are proposed for safety management of parking lots.
