大学生创业教育:现状、问题及有效途径——基于江苏省十所高校的调查数据

摘要
基于江苏省十所高校的调查数据,通过对目前我国高校创业教育支持、师资、举措、障碍、有效途径等方面的调查分析,发现当前高校创业教育存在着资源分散、精英化痕迹严重、缺乏专业师资、创业教育课程体系缺乏专业特色、创业教育实践活动形式单一等等问题。高校可以通过建立统一的管理模式、合理划分大学生创业教育阶段、培养优良的专业师资、完善课程体系和丰富创业教育实践活动等方式有效开展大学生创业教育。
Based on survey data of ten universities in Jiangsu Province,through investigating and analyzing the support,teachers,move,disorder,effective ways of present our country university entrepreneurship education,the article found that there are some problems existed the current entrepreneurship education in universities,such as the resources are scattered,the elite traces is serious,the professional teachers is lacking,the curricula system of entrepreneurship education lack professional characteristics,the entrepreneurship and education practice form is unitary and so on.Universities can effectively develop the university students' entrepreneurship education by establishing the effective unified management form,rationally dividing university students' entrepreneurship education stage,cultivating good professional teachers,perfecting curriculum system and rich educational practice activities etc..
