江苏省大学生健康状况与医疗保障需求调查

摘要
目的调查江苏省高校学生健康状况与医疗保障需求,为高校医疗保障制度改革提供参考依据。方法对江苏省内6所高校学生进行随机抽样调查,收集个人一般情况、经济状况、健康状况、医疗卫生服务利用、医疗保险意愿等方面的数据资料,采用SPSS13.0软件进行χ2检验和Logistic回归分析。结果各所高校均存在一定数量的贫困学生;学生自我保健意识不强;大部分学生对校医院不满意;学生调查前2周内患病率为23.42%,住院率为4.11%;性别、不良生活习惯及每天锻炼时间对学生2周内患病率影响显著;家庭所在地、家庭人均年收入、年级、是否购买商业保险及自付医疗费用对参保意愿影响显著。结论大学生的健康水平有待提高。必须采取相应措施改革和完善大学生医疗保障制度。
Objective To analyze health status and medical security demand of college students in Jiangsu,and to provide evidence for college medical security reform. Methods Chi-squared test and Logistic regression analysis approach were used with SPSS 13.0 to analyze the data including personal and economic condition,health status,use of health service,willings of medical security from students of six colleges in Jiangsu. Results There were some poor students in each college. Many students didn't have the sense of self-health care. Most of students weren't satisfied with the school clinics. Two-week morbidity rate of college students was higher than the average level of the same age group. Hospitalization rate of the last semester was 4.11%;The bad habits and time spent on sport activities had great impact on two-week morbidity rate. Where their family live,the family income of a year and how much they afford for medical care had great impact on the willings of medical security. Conclusion College students' health level must be improved. Government should take effective measures on the innovation of college students' medical security.
