贵州钩藤产地土壤养分与土壤酶活性的典型相关分析

摘要
本文采用典型相关分析方法考察了贵州钩藤产地土壤养分与酶活性之间的关系。分析结果表明:土壤p H、有机质与酶活性的典型相关系数分别达到1%极显著水平和5%显著水平;含氮类与土壤酶活性的两对典型相关系数分别达到5%显著水平及未达到5%;土壤速效磷、速效钾与酶活性的典型相关系数也分别达到5%显著水平及未达到5%。由各组变量之间的典型变量构成的相关系数可知,土壤中的p H与磷酸酶呈显著负相关。
        In this paper, canonical correlation analysis examines the relationship between soil nutrients and activity of Guizhou Uncaria origin. The results show that the canonical correlation coefficients of soil p H, organic matter and activity reach a significant level of 1% and 5% significance level; two pairs of the canonical correlation coefficients between Nitrogenous and soil enzyme activity respectively reach 5% significance level and do not reach the 5%; canonical correlation coefficients of soil available phosphorus, potassium and activity reach 5% significance level and do not reach the 5%. The correlation coefficients constituted with typical variable between each set of variables show that p H and phosphatase in the soil are significantly negatively correlated.
