贵州中药材半夏GAP示范基地的最适采收期

摘要
为探索大方县半夏GAP示范基地不同采收期对商品用及留种用半夏产量、品质的影响,以《中华人民共和国药典》2010版半夏含量测定指标为依据,通过定时采收GAP示范基地的半夏,测定其产量和琥珀酸含量,以确定其适宜采收期。结果表明,商品用半夏的最适采收期为8月下旬至白露(9月8日)前;留种用半夏的最适采收期为10月中旬。
To explore the influence of different harvest dates on yield and quality of Pinellia ternate in Dafang GAP Demonstration Base,the Pinellia ternate was harvested at fixed times and the contents of product and succinic acid in Pinellia ternate were determined based on Pharmacopoeia of the People's Republic of China 2010 version.The results showed that the optimum harvest times of Pinellia ternate for commodity and seeds were from the last ten-day of August to September 8 and the middle ten-day of Octoberrespectively.
