金融危机对贵州省铜仁地区农业产业化的影响及对策

摘要
2008年9月全球金融危机爆发以来,铜仁地区农业产业受到了冲击。中晚籼稻为主的农产品价格下降了5.6%,农民工提前返乡达10.4%,农业产业化龙头企业经营困难等。面对危机影响,应正确判断形势,增强应对信心,抓住机遇,夯实农村经济发展基础。针对铜仁地区的具体情况,应统筹安排返乡农民工培训与就业创业服务工作,增强培训对就业的促进作用;运用多种政策措施,帮助企业走出困境;以改善民生为切入点,着力办好一批民生产业,才能确保农业产业化的持续发展。
The agricultural industries in Tongren prefecture have being charged by global financial crisis since September,2008.The price of indica rice with middle and late maturity decreased by 5.6%,the return home rate of migrant workers reaches 10.4% and the leading enterprises with agricultural industrialization face to management difficulty.The paper puts forward countermeasures including strengthening training service of migrant workers to improve their employment rate,implementing varied policies to help the leading enterprises out of difficulties and running some livelihood industries based on taking people's livelihood as a starting point for ensuring sustainable development of agricultural industrialization by correctly judging the situation,enhancing the confidence,seizing the opportunity and reinforcing the foundation of rural economic development in Tongren prefecture.
