重庆某专科医学学校预防医学课程教学改革实践研究

摘要
目的:全面分析面向基层医疗机构培养的专科临床及护理专业学生预防医学课程学习现状及基层公共卫生服务技能掌握现状,提出预防医学课程教学内容调整方案,评价新课程教学方案所取得的效果。方法:通过同一调查问卷调查对照班及实验班,以对照班分析学生的学习现状及基层公共卫生服务技能掌握情况,通过对比分析课程新教学方案取得效果。结果:对照班掌握的基层公共卫生服务能力薄弱;实验班通过新教学方案学习后,公共卫生服务能力技能均明显优于对照班,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:实验班学生基层公共卫生技能掌握情况优于对照班,新的教学方案具有提高教学质量的效果。
        Objective:To comprehensively analyze preventive medicine curriculum learning situation of grassroots medical institutions training specialist clinical and nursing students and master situation of primary prevention public health service skills,to put forward the teaching contents adjustment scheme of preventive medicine curriculum,to evaluate achieved results of new curriculum teaching plan.Methods:The comparative class and the experimental class were investigated by the same questionnaire.The students learning situation and master situation of primary prevention public health service skills in the comparative class were analyzed.The achieved result of new teaching plan was analyzed through the comparison.Results:The master of primary prevention public health service skills of the comparative class were weak.After the study of the experimental class by the new teaching plan,prevention public health service skills were significantly better than those of the comparative class,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The master situation of primary prevention public health service skills of students in the experimental class is better than those of the control class.The new curriculum teaching scheme has the effect to improve the quality of teaching.
