澳大利亚甘蔗抗黑穗病鉴定体系在云南甘蔗抗病育种上的应用研究

摘要
采用澳大利亚抗甘蔗黑穗病鉴定评价方法,对14份甘蔗品种材料进行人工接种鉴定试验。结果表明,澳大利亚采用的对照品种在澳大利亚和云南两地试验的平均发病率没有显著差异,对照品种平均发病率和标准分级的回归方程为对数函数,经回归计算的分级值,其抗性反应型分类与统计学分类能实现良好的统一,澳大利亚的鉴定方法可用于云南甘蔗抗黑穗病鉴定研究。
        Manual inoculation experiment for test of smut resistance in14 sugarcane varieties were conducted following the method from Australia.The result indicated that there was no significant difference in average rate of smut plant in control varieties both in Australian and Yunnan,the regression equation for average rate of smut plant and standard classification in control variety was logarithmic function.Classified value followed by regression analysis and its result in classification of resistant type was well uniform to the statistical classification.Therefore,Australian method for identification of smut resistance in sugarcane could be used in Yunnan for identification of smut resistance in sugarcane.
