摘要
乡村治理现代化是推进国家治理体系和治理能力现代化的重要内容。长寿区通过以建设服务型街镇政府为前提、以理顺村"两委"间关系为关键、以积极培育农民专业合作社为基础、以积极培育乡村精英为核心、以畅通农民利益表达渠道为保障、以延续乡村文化为动力等一系列举措推动乡村治理现代化进程,取得了明显效果。
The Rural Governance Modernization is an important part of promoting Modernization of National Governance Systems and Governance Capacity. Changshou District adopted a series of measures to promote the Rural Governance Modernization, and achieved the tangible effect. These measures include building a service-oriented town government which is the precondition, dealing with the relation between the village party branch and village Committee which is the crux, Actively cultivating the farmers' professional cooperatives which is the basics, Nurturing rural elites which is the core, smoothing channels for the expression of the interests of farmers which is the guarantee, continuing rural culture which is the dynamic.
