上海市临终关怀医护现状调查与分析

摘要
临终关怀是一种专注于患者即将逝世前的一段时间内,为减轻其疾病症状、延缓疾病发展的医疗护理。我国目前老龄化程度严重、癌症病发率呈明显上升趋势,为应对此趋势,临终关怀在数量和质量上都亟需进一步的发展和提升。医护人员作为临终关怀的服务主体,其工作状态将对临终关怀的发展产生巨大影响。为此,本文针对这一边缘人群——临终关怀医护人员,以人文关怀作为出发点,以他们的工作现状为调查核心,结合实地调研结果,提出切实可行的改进对策。
Hospice care is a kind of medical care focusing on the patient who is about to die,which aims to reduce the symptoms and delay the development of the disease.In China,the population aging degree and the incidence of cancer are rising obviously nowadays.To deal with it,the hospice care needs to be further developed and promoted in both quantity and quality.As the main body of hospice care,the working condition of the medical staff has a great influence on its development.Therefore,this thesis aims to put forward practical improvement measures based on the survey on working condition of hospice care staff,with the human care as the starting point.
