经济转型时期高职院校大学生择业意向影响因素分析及应对策略——基于江苏省的实证研究

摘要
通过对江苏省七所高职院校的890名大学生进行抽样调查,分析了经济转型时期大学生择业价值取向的现状,采用SSPS20,0统计软件对有效问卷完成数据处理,探讨经济转型时期影响江苏省高职院校大学生择业的主要因素。研究认为,社会环境、政府、学校、家庭和大学生自身是影响大学生择业的重要五维。解决大学生的就业难,必须营造公平的就业环境,推进高等职业教育供给侧改革,深化人才培养模式,适度引导大学生转变择业观念,注重培养大学生的职业精神,使大学生具备可持续职业发展能力和职业迁移适应力。
Based on the sampling survey of 890 students from seven vocational colleges in Jiangsu province and with SSPS20.0software processing the data of valid questionnaires,this paper analyzes the current situation of the value orientation of college students' career choice and discusses the main factors affecting the career choice of higher vocational college students in Jiangsu Province in the economic transition period.The study suggests that the social environment,government,school,family and college students themselves are the important five dimensions of college students' career choice.In order to solve the employment difficulties of college students,it is necessary to create a fair employment environment,promote supply-side reforms of higher vocational education,deepen the talent training mode,appropriately guide college students to change the idea of choosing a job,attach importance to the cultivation of occupational spirit of college students and let students have sustainable development ability and the migration occupation adaptability.
