2005-2009年重庆市沙坪坝区性病疫情分析

摘要
目的了解2005-2009年重庆市沙坪坝区性病的发病趋势及流行学特征。方法对2005-2009年性病疫情资料进行流行病学分析。结果 2005-2009年重庆市沙坪坝区累计报告性传播疾病7801例,年平均发病率为212.57/10万,2008年最高,报告发病率为282.90/10万。其中淋病2428例(31.12%)、梅毒2188例(28.05%)、尖锐湿疣1559例(19.99%),衣原体感染707例(9.06%),生殖器疱疹467例(5.99%),AIDS/HIV452例(5.97%)。HIV感染者2009年较2008年增幅为117.89%。感染病例以男性为主,男女性别比为1.53∶1,男性发病率与女性比较,差异有统计学意义(250.45/10万vs17260/10万,P<0.01)。高发年龄段为20~39岁的性活跃人群(61.31%),但50岁以上年龄组报告病例数增长较快,60岁以上年龄组报告病例数构成由2005年的4.35%上升到2009年的9.11%。家务待业、工人、农民占55.79%,离退休人员感染性病的比例近3年分别增长75%、254%和10%。结论近5年我区性病疫情呈增长趋势,流行病种以淋病、梅毒、尖锐湿疣为主,HIV感染者则呈快速上升趋势,男性发病率高于女性,疫情有向高龄化发展的趋势,职业分布以家务及待业、工人、农民居多,离退休人员感染性病的比例近3年增长幅度较大。
Objective To investigate the epidemic trend and characteristics of sexually transmitted diseases(STDs)from 2005 to 2009 in Shapingba district,Chongqing.Methods The data of STDs from 2005 to 2009 in Shapingba distric were analyzed.Results A total of 7 801 cases of STDs were reported in this region during the period.The mean annual incidence was 212.57 per 100 000.The annual incidence(282.90 per 100 000)was the highest in 2008.Of them,Gonorrhea(2 428 cases)accounted for 31.12%,Syphilis(2 188 cases)for 28.05%,Genital Warts(1 559 cases)for 19.99%,Chlamydia(707 cases)for 9.06%,Genital herpes(467 cases)for 5.99%,and AIDS/HIV infection(452 cases)for 5.97%.The cases of HIV infections were increased by 117.89% in 2009 compared to it in 2008.The major of STDs cases was male.The ratio of male versus female was 1.53∶1.The incidence of STDs among the male was significant higher than that in the female(P<0.01).For these STD cases,61.31% of them was aged from 20 to 39 years old,but the cases of older than 50 years old were increased rapidly.The proportion of STDs cases among older than 60 years old were increased from 4.35% in 2005 to 9.11% in 2009.The proportion of STDs cases among workers,peasants and unemployment accounted for 55.79%.The proportion of STDs cases among retirees was increased by 75%,254% and 10% in recent 3 years.Conclusion Epidemic trend of STDs in Shapingba district is increased in recent 5 years.The majority of STDs is Gonorrhea,Syphilis and Genital Warts.HIV infections is increased rapidly.The incidence of STDs among the male is higher than it among the female.STD cases among senior population is increased.The distribution of profession is major in unemployment,workers and peasants.The proportion of STD cases among retirees is increased significantly in recent 3 years.
