和谐社会构建中的湖南农村体育发展模式研究

摘要
农村体育发展是新农村建设和农村和谐社会构建的重要内容。运用文献资料法、调查访问法,考察湖南农村体育发展现状与问题,结合和谐社会建设要求,提出了针对湖南农村实际情况的基层政府主导、乡镇学校主导、农民企业家主导等体育发展模式,湖南农村体育发展对策主要包括增加投入、创新文化、强化服务等。
The development of rural sports is a very important part of the construction of a new and harmonious countryside.By the use of literature method and the method of the investigation-interview,the paper makes an analysis on the current situation and problems of the sport development in Hunan rural areas,and then sets up a sport development model in which ground-level governments,town-and-country schools and farmer-entrepreneurs play a leading role.Finally,some measures are proposed such as increasing the investment,innovating the culture and improving the service to promote the sport development in Hunan rural areas.
