摘要
<正>本文采用多重PCR和荧光自动化检测技术,调查贵州苗族群体CSF、D7S820、D8S1179、D16S539、FGA、FentaD和vWA7个STR基因座遗传多态性,在群体水平丰富我国少数民族STR遗传资料数据库。1材料与方法样本及DNA提取180份抗凝血取自贵州省苗族群体无关个体。采用Chelex-100法提取模板DNA。
