利用籼粳稻特异InDel标记分析云南糯稻品种的籼粳特性

摘要
利用籼粳杂种优势是实现水稻超高产育种目标的重要途径之一。利用根据粳稻日本晴和籼稻93-11基因组序列设计的34对特异性插入/缺失(Insertion/Deletion,InDel)引物,对采自云南省7个地州17个县的181份糯稻品种进行籼粳性分析。通过对这些糯稻品种DNA样品在这34个InDel位点上的籼型或粳型基因频率,确定各个糯稻品种的籼、粳性。结果表明:141份测试品种被鉴定为典型籼稻,18份为籼稻,8份为典型粳稻,13份为粳稻,1份为偏粳稻。主成分分析表明,云南糯稻籼粳分化明显。
        Utilization of Indica-Japonica heterosis was one of the most important ways to achieve the goal of high yield rice breeding.Indica-Japonica classifications of 181 glutinous rice varieties collected in 17 counties of 7 cities in Yunnan were analyzed by calculating Indica and Japonica gene frequencies on 34 InDel sites of each glutinous rice varieties DNA samples and principal component analysis(PCA).181 Yunnan glutinous rice varieties were classified as 141 typical Indica rice,18 Indica rice,1 Japonicaclinous rice,13 Japonica rice and 8 typical Japonica rice.PCA showed that differentiations of Yunnan glutinous rice were significant.
