浙江省景宁畲族自治县初中学生健康素养现况调查

摘要
目的了解浙江景宁畲族自治县初中学生的健康素养现况,为制定学校健康教育策略提供依据。方法采用整群随机抽样方法,抽取全县3所初中学生12个班共532人,调查方式为学生集中自填式问卷调查。问卷采用EpiData软件进行数据双录入,使用SPSS 13.0软件进行数据处理和统计分析。结果景宁县初级中学学生总体健康素养知晓率为26.13%,其中健康基本知识素养知晓率为31.02%,健康生活方式与行为素养知晓率为27.44%,健康基本技能素养知晓率为41.92%。城区学生健康素养高于农村学生,两者差异有统计学意义。结论景宁县初级中学学生健康素养仍需改善,特别是要改善慢性病防治知识和健康的生活方式,以提高学生综合健康素养。
Objective To understand the current status of health literacy of junior middle school students in Jingning County of Zhejiang Province so as to provide bases for developing health education strategies in schools.Methods Using the random sampling method for an entire group,12 classes totaling 532 students from 3 junior middle schools selected from the whole county were surveyed via selfadministered questionnaires.In these questionnaires,the EpiData software was used to perform the double data entry,and the SPSS13.0 software was used in making relevant data processing and statistical analyses.Results For all the junior middle school students in Jingning County,the overall health literacy awareness rate thereof was 26.13%,the basic health knowledge literacy thereof was 31.02%,the healthy lifestyle and behavior literacy thereof was 27.44%,the basic health skills literacy thereof was 41.92%;the health literacy of urban students was higher than that of rural students with statistically significant differences between the two.Conclusion The health literacy of junior middle school students of Jingning County still needs to improved,especially with respect to the knowledge regarding the control and prevention of chronic diseases as well as healthy ways of living,so as to improve their comprehensive health literacy.
