江苏沿海地区生产性服务业发展与中心城市功能提升

摘要
从国家战略层面推进江苏沿海开发,需要进一步增强连云港、盐城和南通三个中心城市在区域经济发展中的对外服务功能,强化其在区域发展中的辐射带动作用。生产性服务业是当今体现区域中心城市对外服务功能强弱的核心门类,江苏沿海地区三个中心城市应紧抓国家战略机遇,通过优化区域分工、强化产业集聚、深化体制改革等途径,加快提升生产性服务业发展水平,努力增强中心城市在区域经济发展中的对外服务功能。
Strengthening external service functions of the central cities(includes Ijanyungang urban district,Yancheng urban district and Nantong urban district) is one of the national strategic tasks for Jiangsu coastal areas to accelerate development.Producer services industry has become the core industry category for central city to play external service functions,the central cities of Jiangsu coastal areas must seize the national strategic opportunities to promote the development level of producer services industry and enhance the external service functions by optimizing the regional division of labor,intensifying industrial agglomeration,deepening the reform of the system,and so on.
