公共资源水污染与经济发展关系实证研究——以中小企业数量众多的江苏省为例

摘要
工业废水排放是公共资源水污染的主要原因之一。本文选取1995—2007年江苏省经济与工业废水排放数据,分析了经济发展与工业废水排放关系,建立了经济增长与工业废水排放量的水平计量模型,并探究了其演替轨迹。实证研究表明,江苏省经济发展与工业废水排放量呈现一定的环境库兹涅茨曲线特征。针对江苏省中小企业数量众多现状,减少中小企业工业废水排放是减轻公共资源水环境压力和影响经济发展的重要途径。文中最后针对江苏省水污染与经济发展现状给出了减少工业废水排放的几点建议。
The industrial wastewater emission is one of public resource water pollution primary causes.This article selects 1995-2007 Jiangsu Province economic and industrial wastewater discharge data,has analyzed the relationship between economic development and the industrial wastewater discharge,has established level measurement model between the economic growth and the industrial waste discharge,and inquired into its succession path.The empirical research shows that in Jiangsu province,economic development and industrial wastewater emissions presents certain environmental Kuznets curve characteristics.In view of Jiangsu Province small and medium-sized enterprise quantity numerous present situations,reduce industrial wastewater discharge of small and medium-sized enterprises is the important way of mitigating the pressure of public resources water environment and impacting on economic development.Finally,the author aimed at water pollution and the economic development present situation of Jiangsu Province has given several suggestions of reduction industrial waste emissions.
