云南双柏县膏桐种子特性研究

摘要
以采自云南双柏县的膏桐种子为试材,测定种子千粒质量、出仁率、种仁千粒质量、种仁含油率、种子含水量、自然虫蛀率、不同处理和不同贮藏温度下发芽率和发芽势等指标。结果显示,双柏县膏桐种子千粒质量为556.25 g,出仁率为75.09%,种仁千粒质量为382.53 g,种仁含油率为55.90%,种子含水量为5.98%,自然虫蛀率为24.91%,不同处理和贮藏温度对种子萌发影响不显著。
        The indexes of Jatropha curcas seeds collected from Shuangbo County,Yunnan Province were measured including 1 000-seed weight,kernel weight of seed,1 000-kernel weight,kernel oil content,moisture content,natural vermiculated rate,germination rate and germination energy of the seeds treated by different storage methods and different storage temperatures.The results showed that the 1 000-seed weight was 556.25 g,kernel weight of seed was 75.09%,1 000-kernel weight was 382.53 g,kernel oil content was 55.90%,seed moisture content was 5.98%,and the natural vermiculated rate was 24.91%.The study showed that the seed germination rate and germination energy indexes were not significantly influenced by different storage treatments and different storage temperatures.
