贵州修文铝土矿拜耳法溶出氧化铝试验研究

摘要
根据贵州修文铝土矿的特点,研究了用拜耳法直接高压溶出氧化铝。试验结果表明:原矿磨细至-75μm占80%以上,控制配料分子比为1.5,循环母液苛性碱质量浓度240 g/L,石灰用量为铝土矿质量的11%,在260℃下溶出60 min,氧化铝的实际溶出率为89.80%,溶出液苛性比为1.37。
        According to the characteristics of bauxite from Xiuwen,Guizhou province,high pressure leaching of alumina by Bayer process was studied.The results showed that ore was ɡraind to-75 μm accounted for 80% or more,ingredient molecular ratio was controled to 1.5,concentration of caustic alkali in circulating mother liquor was of 240 g/L,lime dosage was of 11% to bauxite,temperature was of 260 ℃,and dissolution time was of 60 min,the actual dissolution of alumina reached 89.80%.
