江西地质旅游资源开发筹融资问题研究

摘要
地质旅游资源所在地的地方政府旅游资源开发,必须纳入国家或省的总体规划之中,并在国家和省的开发总体规划的指导下考虑融资渠道。文章结合江西省地质旅游资源的具体情况,分析其在资金方面存在的问题,提出了争取国家及各级地方政府的财政支持、政府参股旅游开发企业、拓宽直接融资渠道和建立地质遗迹资源可持续利用基金等具体的筹融资措施。
Tourism resources development of local governments,where geo-tourism resources are located,must be brought into line with the state or provincial overall plan and be under the guidance of this plan to consider financing channels.In the light of the specific conditions of Jiangxi geo-tourism resources,the article analyzes its problems of financing and puts forward some concrete financing measures,such as winning over the financial support of the state and local governments at all levels,governments' purchase of shares in tourism development enterprises,widening straight financing channels and establishing sustainable geo-vestige resources funds.
