上海市浦东新区某大学新生健康素养现状分析

摘要
目的了解浦东新区某高校新生健康素养水平,为学校制定健康教育干预措施提供依据。方法采用"中国公民健康素养调查问卷"对某高校2015年的入学新生进行问卷调查。结果该校新生健康素养的总体水平为4.14%;基本知识和理念、健康生活方式与行为以及健康技能水平分别为8.95%、4.41%和22.96%;科学健康观、传染病防治、慢性病防治、安全与急救以及基本医疗水平分别为31.11%、10.81%、1.34%、35.25%和5.74%。结论该校新生的健康素养水平低,性别和生源地是影响因素。建议学校重视健康教育与健康促进工作,针对薄弱环节开展综合干预。
Objective To investigate the health literacy levels among freshmen in a university in Pudong New Area of Shanghai.Methods A questionnaire survey was conducted to investigate and analyze the health 1 iteracy levels of freshmen in a university in 2015.Results The overall health literacy level of the Freshmen was 4.14%;the sub-aspects of health literacy levels in terms of basic knowledge and conception,health life-style and behavior,and health skills were 8.95%,4.41%,and 22.96%,respectively;the five sub-questions health literacy levels in terms of scientific health view,prevention and treatment of contagious diseases,prevention and treatment of chronic disease,safety and first aid,as well as basic medical care were31.11%,10.81%,1.34%,35.25%,and 5.74%respectively.Conclusion The health literacy level of the freshmen is low,and the gender and the students' hometowns are the influence factors.The schools should improve the health education and health promotion work,and carry out comprehensive interventions.
