摘要

畜产品加工业是云南省具有传统特色的产业,其发展对于促进原料基地建设、拉长畜牧业产业链条、壮大县区经济、增加农民收入等方面有重要作用。通过对云南省畜产品加工业发展现状与存在问题进行分析,提出加快云南省畜产品加工业发展的思路与建议。
        Livestock product processing industry in Yunnan province is a traditional and characteristics of industry.Its development can promote the construction of raw material base,elongate the chain of animal husbandry industry,expand the economy of rural area,and increase the income of farmers.The present situation and the existence problems of development of livestock product processing industry in Yunnan province are analyzed in this paper,and the ideas and suggestions are put forward for accelerating the development of livestock product processing industry in Yunnan province.
