浙江省民政标准化现状分析与对策研究

摘要
标准化在推进国家治理体系和治理能力现代化中具有基础性、战略性作用,是提升民政工作能力的重要手段。本文通过对浙江民政标准化现状分析,得出民政标准化有利于政策法规和标准化相互融合、相互促进,有利于提升地方民政服务水平和服务效率结论。针对存在问题,提出了构建浙江地方民政标准体系等相关建议。
The role of standardization is fundamental and strategic in the promotion of national governance system and governance capacity modernization,which is an important measure of enhancing the civil work ability.The article analyzes the present situation of Zhejiang civil administration standardization with the results that the standardization of civil affairs is conducive to the integration of policies,regulations and standards and the promotion of local civil service efficiency.It gives some suggestion about the construction of Zhejiang local civil service standardization system to deal with the existing problems.
