农业科研单位科技成果转化现状及改进措施——以上海市农业科学院为例

摘要
通过对上海市农业科学院科技成果转化现状的调研,分析其存在农业科技成果转化率整体偏低、科技成果市场适应性不强、成果转化推介途径的局限、科技人员的长期激励偏弱等问题,并从营造环境、调整导向、平台建设、股权激励等方面提出改进措施。
The situation of scientific and technological achievements of shanghai academy of agricultural sciences was surveyed in the paper,and the existed four problems were analyzed as follows;the rate of agricultural science and technology achievement conversion is low;Agricultural science and technology is not very suitable for market demand;limitations of the referral pathway for achievement transformation;the weak of long term incentive for scientific and technical personnel,then put forward Improvement measures for four aspects;build environment,adjust the guide,construct platform,equity incentive.
