The aim of this study was to investigate the levels of nuclear factor kappa B-p65 (NF-κB p65) and soluble triggering receptor expressed on myeloid cells-1 (sTREM-1) in maternal blood with premature rupture of membranes (PROM) and to assess their values for prediction of subclinical chorioamnionitis.
